Why Lichties fans prefer Campbell rather than Klopp
That left Rovers trailing a massive 13 points behind the leaders with the game between the two high-flying sides on December 22 at Gayfield looking like it could prove pivotal to the eventual destination of the title.
However, Campbell insists that all he is concerned about is today’s match at Airdrie.
The manager said: “It was another fantastic result in a derby at Forfar last week to keep our unbeaten run going.
“I didn’t feel we played particularly well in the first half but we stepped up a gear in the second and it was a great three points for us.
“The only down side to the victory at Forfar was Tam O’Brien’s sending off so there will obviously have to be a change at the back this week as he is suspended
“But we have Callum Smith back available again after he recovered from injury.
“I know a lot of our fans will already be looking forward to our game with Raith a week on Saturday but we are just 100% focused on what is in front of us and a tough match at Airdrie.”
