Perthshire law firm Macnabs has unveiled plans to expand its property services with a partnership with estate and letting agents Harper & Stone.

Macnabs, which has offices in Perth, Pitlochry, Blairgowrie and Aberuthven, offers conveyancing and legal services.

The firm’s managing director Ruth Croman said the partnership would allow the firm to also offer the services of a bespoke estate agency.

“Harper & Stone are highly experienced, yet independent estate agents, and it is the right fit for us to expand our offering, without compromising our personal approach and down-to-earth style,” she said.

“As businesses we have the same ethos and values, drawing on many years’ experience and in-depth professional expertise whilst priding ourselves on the personal attention and tailored service we provide.”

Harper & Stone, established in September last year, has branches in the heart of Dollar and Bridge of Allan, and covers areas throughout Clackmannanshire, Stirlingshire and Perthshire.

The firm managing director Lorraine Henderson added: “It is an exciting time for our business as we expand our geographical reach and we are already looking for our next branch location.

“The property market in Perthshire remains strong.”
