Grove Menzieshill disappoint
The expected win for Grove Menzieshill away to Uddingston did not materialise but the Dundee team are still third behind Grange and Western Wildcats.
A disappointing 3-3 draw was matched by a 1-1 draw between the top two.
A top-four place is important for entry to the post-league playoffs and Menzieshill are still five points ahead of fourthplaced Hillhead who had a 2-0 win over Gordonians.
Dundee Wanderers extended their winning run at the top of the second division to 13 games with a 4-2 win over bottom team Falkirk.
Cammy Bell, Francis Mulgrew, Connor McArtney and Lewis Pyke scored for Wanderers.
Nearest rivals Dunfermline Carnegie, lost 3-2 to St Andrews University, meaning Wanderers now head the table by 10 points with five games remaining.
That victory for St Andrews confirmed them in fourth place, but they have played a game more than teams around them.
Perthshire led Granite City Wanderers by 3-0 after 15 minutes but had to settle for a point in a 6-6 draw.
Stephen Dick had a hat-trick. Mike Robertson, Adam Czub and Michal Czub scored one apiece.
Harris faced a well-organised Strathclyde University team, Fergus Wilson getting a consolation in a 6-1 defeat.
St Andrews University maintained their three-point lead in Midland Division 1 with a 4-1 win over Wanderers II.
They led by three goals at halftime and extended that to four before Bruce Rowan scored a consolation for the Wanderers.
Perthshire II had a 5-0 win over Menzieshill III but remain three points behind St Andrews and have played one game more.
Euan Muirhead and Ross Dyer scored for Harris II but that was insufficient against four goals by Perthshire III.
