Behind the scenes at McDiarmid Park for men’s health course

A new programme aimed at helping men to adopt healthier lifestyles is offering to allow its attendees to go behind the scenes at McDiarmid Park as part of the course.

The Football Fans in Training programme is set to run every Thursday for 13 weeks and is aimed at men aged 35 to 65 with a waist size of 38 inches or more.

It will be delivered by Saints in the Community in partnership with the SPFL Trust and is free.

The main aims of the course are for men to feel better about themselves, to become more active and get fitter.
