MOTORSPORT COWDENBEATH RACEWALL –

It was a good night if you were a lower grade driver on Saturday with first time wins going to Saloon driver Cammy Deans and Prostock Basics driver Dylan Chambers.

Deans liked winning so much that he went on to win three out of their four races while Aidan Galloway won two of the Prostock Basics races. Callum Campbell dominated the Micro Banger Scottish Supreme by taking the lead early on. Despite losing the lead that he had built up when Gavin Broadbent rolled his car, Campbell just drove away from the field to win.

Broadbent was back out for the Destruction Derby and survived a heavy crash before going on to win. Deans was in top form in the Saloon heats but was sent spinning out of the final, and while Ross Watters led it was Zak Gilmour who went through to win.

Aidan Galloway led the Prostock Basics final from start to finish but during the Allcomers struggled and it was Joanne Hilditch who took the lead. She was to be caught as Colin Ogilvie went through to win.
