House prices soar in the UK’s ‘new towns’, with Mil­ton Keynes lead­ing

Prop­erty val­ues in new towns have grown by 32 per cent over the last decade, led by Wel­wyn Gar­den City at 67 per cent, com­pared to the 26 per cent na­tional av­er­age. Mil­ton Keynes grew the most over 30 years.
