GOLF The Masters Thursday, Sky Main Event, 2pm

The first round of the first Major of the season commences at Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia. Last year, Rory McIlroy was in prime position to finally claim the Green Jacket after a blistering start to the season, but missed the cut after the second round. Defending champion Jon Rahm has been out of the spotlight since leaving the PGA Tour for LIV Golf, with Scottie Scheffler dominating in his absence. The two former champions are expected to vie for a second title. Tiger Woods is set to compete at his 26th Masters tournament after a season frustrated by injury and illness.
