IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

Au­tum­nal fruit and herbs 50ml Xeco Amon­til­lado 25ml lime juice

15ml sugar syrup

METHOD

Mud­dle a small amount of de-stoned fruit (pears, plums, damsons and quinces work per­fectly) and herbs in a high­ball glass, be­fore adding the other in­gre­di­ents with some ice. Stir to mix. Gar­nish with lots of fruit.
