Pome­gran­ate and cumin cashews

Th­ese are equally de­li­cious tossed over sal­ads and dips. Eat the nuts with pome­gran­ate seeds if you like.

MAKES 150G IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

150g raw (un­salted) cashews 1 tsp ground cumin

½ tsp Aleppo pep­per flakes or dried chilli flakes

1 tbsp pome­gran­ate mo­lasses 1 tsp olive oil

2 tsp honey

1 tsp fine sea salt
