50ml Shaox­ing rice wine 2 rib-eye, rump or sir­loin steaks, sliced into 1cm strips

1 tsp corn­flour mixed into

1 tbsp milk

2 tbsp veg­etable oil

2.5cm cube fresh gin­ger, peeled 1 large gar­lic clove

1 red chilli

1 bunch spring onions, chopped
