The wealthy enclave south of Santa Barbara is, of course, where Meghan and Harry have bought a home. But their famous neighbours got there first and naturally feel the need to reclaim the spotlight. Is it a coincidence that properties owned by Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk are now a building site?
