PYLEWELL PARK South Baddesley, Lymington, Hampshire SO41 5SJ

-

A wonderful destination for some Easter Sunday exercise, Pylewell will lift your spirits as you take in the extensive views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight and breathe in the seaside air.

As you follow the grass paths that lead through the extensive pleasure grounds, which were originally laid out in 1890, and take a stroll around the large lakes, you can admire mounds of rhododendrons and azaleas that will be just coming into flower, as well as magnolias and drifts of naturalised wild daffodils.

This is a perfect garden for children to explore, and for dogs to enjoy the space, too. Why not take your own picnic and enjoy it as you take in the views and soak up the tranquil atmosphere of Pylewell Park.

Open tomorrow, £5, children free
