Blues, who were missing a host of key men, will fancy they can repeat their first-half showing at a boisterous Arms Park on Saturday.
Mccall, though, warned them he might be able to call on one or two players himself, with George Kruis likely to return at lock. He added Vunipola would be much improved for his 50 minutes yesterday.
“You never know what you’re going to get with a player who has been out for a while, but he’s a pretty special player,” he said. “He put a big shift in. And he should be better [again] next week.”
