Leinster Toulouse

1pm. Pool 1. BT Spt 2. C4

Injuries and suspension deprive Leinster of Rob Kearney, James Lowe, Robbie Henshaw, Johnny Sexton, Devin Toner, Sean O’brien and Dan Leavy, yet they still field an all-international starting side. Thomas Ramos moves to fly-half for free-spirited Toulouse.

Montpellier Newcastle

1pm. Pool 5. BT Spt 3

John Hardie and captain Toby Flood return for Newcastle, but explosive wing Sinoti Sinoti is absent. Dean Richards expects a “volatile atmosphere”, even if Montpellier sit ninth in the Top 14 table. The hosts deploy recent France call-up Paul Willemse on a bench that is loaded with power.

Bath Wasps

3.15pm. Pool 1. BT Spt 3

Both Premiership teams have already been eliminated. The hosts reintegrate Taulupe Faletau at six to accommodate Zach Mercer at No8. Rhys Priestland also starts in a team led by another Welshman in Luke Charteris. Wasps stay at full strength in pursuit of a second successive win.

Ulster Racing 92

3.15pm. Pool 4. BT Spt 2

Robert Baloucoune starts on the right wing for Ulster with Henry Speight’s short-term deal now over. On the left, 22 year-old Jacob Stockdale makes his 50th appearance. Racing are holding nothing back. Bernard Le Roux pushes up from flanker to partner Leone Nakarawa in the second row.

Scarlets Leicester

5.30pm. Pool 4. BT Spt 3

Ken Owens continues at the base of Scarlets’ scrum due to the injury cloud that has descended on Wayne Pivac’s squad. Steff Evans, patently out of favour with Pivac this season, is afforded a rare start on the left wing. Leicester rest Dan Cole, Ben Youngs, George Ford and Manu Tuilagi.

Toulon Edinburgh

5.30pm. Pool 5. BT Spt 2

Teenage centre Antoine Zeghdar could make his debut for Toulon from the bench. They boast mighty experience from Guilhem Guirado at hooker via Argentina back-rower Facundo Isa to Julian Savea. Edinburgh recall seven internationals including Hamish Watson, WP Nel and Blair Kinghorn.

Exeter Castres

Tomorrow 1pm. Pool 2. BT Spt 2

Fit-again Jack Nowell is whisked into the Exeter line-up at full-back. Meanwhile, Joe Simmonds features at fly-half. Props Alec Hepburn and Tomas Francis start with Ben Moon and Harry Williams in reserve. Maama Vaipulu, sent off in the previous meeting between these teams, wears No8 for Castres.

Lyon Saracens

Tomorrow 3.15pm. Pool 3. BT Spt 2

Maro Itoje is healthy enough to appear for Saracens following the chipped patella he suffered last autumn. Liam Williams and Billy Vunipola continue, too. Centre and talisman Brad Barritt is out. Despite competing for a play-off berth on the domestic front, Lyon have lost all four matches in this tournament.

Glasgow Cardiff Blues

Tomorrow 3.15pm. Pool 3. BT Spt 3

Glasgow opt to use half-back pairing Ali Price and Brandon Thomson from the start, holding back George Horne and Adam Hastings as replacements. Rob Harley plays his 200th match for them. Wing Tom James makes his first competitive appearance for Cardiff Blues for more than a year.
