The bowling plan

The Daily Telegraph - Sport - - Sport | Fourth Specsavers Ashes Test -

Australia’s bowling plans were simple but brilliant: attack a hard length remorselessly, get a little seam movement and then expose the frailties in England’s defensive shots. Certain players were swiftly exposed. Jason Roy, for instance, has been bowled in near identical fashion in his past three innings – by Pat Cummins (1) at Headingley, Josh Hazlewood in the first innings at Old Trafford (2) and Cummins again yesterday (3).
