Are Winks or Maddison the answer?

The Daily Telegraph - Sport - - Football -

Here is what midfielders Harry Winks and James Maddison (above) might have been thinking on Wednesday: “What did the manager learn from giving Alex Oxlade-chamberlain 13 minutes against Bulgaria?” And it would be a fair question. England know all about the qualities of Oxlade-chamberlain, who won his 33rd senior cap last Saturday, and yet Maddison, who has been one of the Premier League’s most creative players for the past 12 months, has yet to be given his debut. And Winks, who Southgate and his assistant Steve Holland have raved about, has still only played 250 minutes.
