British skier Zoe Atkin, younger sister of Olympic slopestyle bronze medallist Izzy, earned her maiden World Cup gold at the Copper Mountain freestyle halfpipe competition in Colorado.

The 16-year-old emerging star, who only made her World Cup debut at the same event 12 months ago, posted her best score of 87.75 on the first of three runs. Brita Sigourney was second with 85.00 with Rachael Karker third on 81.75.
