Gar­den salad

Sim­ply de­li­cious on its own or adds in­ter­est to a larger dish.

Pick hand­fuls of fresh leaves and herbs straight from the gar­den. Add a sprin­kling of fresh edi­ble flow­ers on top. Grate over lash­ings of Quicke’s goat’s-milk cloth­bound cheese.

Ex­per­i­ment with your favourite flavours – add toasted nuts or seeds, dif­fer­ent flavoured cheeses and some warm roast veg­gies to the mix, chang­ing them through­out the sea­son.
