Italicus, a fabulous floral liqueur, couldn’t taste more Italian. With authentic bergamot and native botanicals, its alluring citrus scent and lingering nuances of rose and lavender are the perfect canvas for sketching out this beautiful apéritif. — 25ml Italicus bergamot liqueur or similar — 10ml lemon juice — 3-4 sprigs of lemon thyme — ice cubes — prosecco — lemon peel (to garnish) Combine the bergamot liqueur, lemon juice and lemon thyme together in a Boston shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake until the tin is cold. Fine strain into a highball or collins glass filled with more ice cubes. Top with prosecco, then garnish with lemon peel and a sprig of lemon thyme.
