Gousto, pausing from mailing out recipe boxes, has been rooting round Instagram to discover the most popular food posts. On top is pizza with 37.9 million posts, pipping hamburgers (35 million) and sushi (23.6 million). Apart from feeling for the intern tasked with this job, one wonders what the most Instagrammed British food would be. Alas there is no discernible result, Britain’s food influencers clearly being too busy taking selfies to snap Yorkshire puds.
