THE LOW-DOWN

Towers of Moët, even bigger towers of desserts, the suave Roger Federer in the queue for the bathroom, and Europe’s richest man, Bernard Arnault, owner of Moët and many more brands, in attendance… None of this detracted from the real spectacle: the transparent box that was the setting for dinner, nestled in the vineyard, suddenly went dark as fireworks lit up the surrounding area. Zut alors! Here’s to another 150 years.
