SOCIALLY DISTANCED ENTERTAINING

Take some tips from restaurants that have started to reopen elsewhere in Europe. As well as seating families at a safe distance from each other, salt and pepper shakers have been removed from tables, ‘sanitising stations’ have been set up for customers, chefs are preparing food wearing masks and gloves, and sharing dishes are out, in favour of food that can be plated up.
