‘We need sunshine, a pool and maybe a bar or two nearby’

QWhen this pandemic is over, I would love to take my extended family on holiday. There would be 12 adults and three children (aged nine, four and one). I would like to go in the May/June half term. We need sunshine, a pool, maybe a bar or two within walking distance. Mallorca or mainland Spain perhaps?
