I was try­ing to re­turn a bag with a bro­ken zip via the car­rier myHer­mes but it got lost in the net­work.

MyHer­mes ad­mit­ted li­a­bil­ity. I sub­mit­ted a claim form stat­ing the amount I had paid for the case, which was £148.85, plus £7.79 for the delivery.

The car­rier has come back
