GRAB A PIECE OF TOMORROW’S WORLD TODAY
A robot butler that will serve you wine and then put the glass in the dishwasher might not be available to buy just yet – but investors can grab their piece of the pie. Shares in the maker of this new technology, Samsung Electronics, cost around $2,000 (£1,465) each. The “bot handy” was one of the innovations at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show. The 4ft machine uses computer vision to identify objects and grabs them with its pivoting arm. Investors can also hold Samsung via funds such as Artemis Global Emerging Markets.
