Hotel giant Hilton is in the early stages of a multi-year recovery, which we believe will deliver long-term earnings above its pre-2020 level, before the pandemic caused hotel occupancy rates to collapse. Its market share is likely to increase over time, given independent hotels’ desire to partner with big brands such as Hilton. It will benefit from a return to travel once economies reopen.
