By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Peter Allan Kallaghe at 3 Stratford Place, London W1, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as High Commissioner for the United Republic of Tanzania in London.
CLARENCE HOUSE February 22nd
The Prince of Wales, Colonel-in-Chief, this afternoon officially opened 1st The Queen’s Dragoon Guards renovated Welfare Centre, Roberts Barracks, Swanton Morley, Norfolk, and and was presented with the first Regimental Medal in recognition of His Royal Highness’s support for the Regiment.
The Prince of Wales, President, The Prince’s Foundation for Building Community, afterwards visited St Mary’s Works, Duke Street, Norwich, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Norfolk (Mr Richard Jewson)
His Royal Highness, Patron, The Prince’s Countryside Fund, subsequently visited the White Horse pub, 17 Chapel Road, Upton.
BUCKINGHAM PALACE February 22nd
The Duke of York today attended Pitch@Palace Boot Camp at the Wellcome Trust Genome Campus, Hinxton, Cambridge, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire (Sir Hugh Duberly).
His Royal Highness visited the Cellular Genetics and Phenotyping Laboratory at the Wellcome Trust Genome Campus.
The Duke of York subsequently visited the Sanger Sequencing Laboratory.
His Royal Highness later attended a Lunch given by the Wellcome Trust.

The Princess Royal, Patron, National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, this morning visited Milton Keynes Citizens Advice Bureau, Acorn House, 361 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, and was received by Mrs Francesca Skelton (Deputy Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire).
Her Royal Highness, Patron, National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, this afternoon visited the new Citizens Advice Luton premises, 15 New Bedford Road, Luton, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Bedfordshire (Mrs Helen Nellis).
The Princess Royal, President, Save the Children UK, afterwards visited a Save the Children Shop, 85 High Street, Tring, and was received by Commodore Timothy Hennessy, Royal Navy (Deputy Lieutenant of Hertfordshire).
Her Royal Highness, Colonel, The Blues and Royals (Royal Horse Guards and 1st Dragoons), later received Major General Edward Smyth-Osbourne (Lieutenant Colonel Commanding Headquarters Household Cavalry).
The Princess Royal, Patron, Scottish Rugby Union, and Royal Patron, London Scottish Football Club, this evening attended a Dinner at the Caledonian Club, 9 Halkin Street, London SW1.
The Queen has been pleased to appoint the Reverend Dr Emma Ineson and the Reverend Rupert Charkham to be Chaplains to Her Majesty.
