A father-of-two who was issued with a bizarre court order says it is ruining his sex life.

In what may be a world legal first, the 45-year-old IT worker – who cannot be identified for legal reasons – has to give North Yorkshire Police the details of any intended partner at least 24 hours before having sex, allowing officers to visit her and inform her that he is the subject of a Sexual Risk Order and that they consider him to be potentially dangerous.

Despite being cleared of rape earlier this year, the man says it is his visits to Fifty Shades of Grey-style fetish clubs that have triggered the court order.
