Zika birth defects seen in Thailand
Thai authorities have confirmed that two babies born with microcephaly, or abnormally small heads, were the result of the Zika virus, the first such cases found in South-East Asia. There have been more than 300 confirmed Zika cases in the country since the start of the year. The US has advised pregnant women to postpone travel to 11 countries in South-East Asia because of the outbreak.
