The Rise of Isis looks at why Europe has become such a frequent target for terrorists in recent years. The film examines the missed warnings, the vulnerabilities of the EU, the problems with an “opendoor” policy and what could have been done differently. The film also looks at the continuing refugee crisis and why it’s now a question of “when” another attack is likely rather than “if ”.
