Closed Circuit (2013)

 The case of a high-profile terrorism suspect brings together ex-lovers (played by Rebecca Hall and Eric Bana) on the defence team. But as they uncover a deep-level conspiracy, both their lives are put at risk. This is a great premise, but, sadly, the film is too full of play-acting to resonate as more than a skit, and with a plot that contains too many holes to be plausible. Jim Broadbent and Julia Stiles are among the supporting cast.
