Who can deliver?

SIR – Having delivered a number of leaflets and charity envelopes recently, it is clear to me that there should be a law requiring all household letter boxes to be horizontal, positioned at waist height on the door, free from draught and wide enough to accept all reasonable material.

Whichever political party promises this will get my vote. Eldon Sandys
