Driver charged as migrant truck death toll reaches 10

US authorities have charged the driver of a truck found packed with people in a Texas Walmart car park with transporting illegal immigrants, as the death toll rose to 10.

The tenth migrant, an adult man, died in hospital overnight, according to the US Attorney’s office, which yesterday charged James Mathew Bradley Jr, 60, with one count of “transporting illegal aliens”.
