‘Hideous Shrek-like’ music executive sexually assaulted me, court is told
♦ A music executive accused of sexually assaulting a woman he walked home is “hideous to look at… like Shrek”, his alleged victim told a court.
Dave Pollard, 56, who ran Universal Music’s video tape facility, the Engine Room, on a consultancy basis, claims the early-morning sex act was consensual after a drunken sleepover at her apartment. Isleworth Crown Court heard the woman agreed he could stay over rather than return to his wife and daughters at his £1million home in Westhumble, Surrey.
She said. “I never gave him any sign ... no flirting or anything like that. He’s hideous to look at, there’s no sexual attraction. He’s massive, like a beast, like Shrek.” She denied allowing him to unzip her dress, kissing him and directing the sex act.
Pollard denies one count of sexually assaulting her. The trial continues.
