$130bn Dow and Dupont merger complete at last

The $130bn (£100bn) merger between Dow Chemical and Dupont completed yesterday, having first been announced in late 2015. The newly formed Dowdupont is expected to break up into three independent units, which executive chairman Andrew Liveris said would be “powerhouses that will define their markets”.
