It’s war: not if, but when, declares North Korea
North Korea has said war has been made inevitable by American threats and huge military drills involving hundreds of planes currently being conducted by the US and South Korea.
The outbreak of war had become “an established fact”, a North Korean foreign ministry official said in a statement published in official media, adding: “The remaining question now is: when will the war break out?”
Pyongyang carried out its latest provocation last week with the launch of its most advanced intercontinental ballistic missile.
