British Land ex-strategy head shifts to finance

British Land has reappointed former head of strategy, Simon Carter, as its new finance director. Mr Carter will succeed Lucinda Bell, who announced her intention to step down from the role last year. Its annual report shows that Ms Bell took home more than £1m in salary and benefits last year.
