Recipe Knotweed crumble
Ingredients:
30 lengths of knotweed, around 20cm long
1 banana, mashed
4 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp powdered ginger
120g butter
120g soft brown sugar 180g flour
Method:
Cut the knotweed stalks into chunks about two inches long and then place them in an ovenproof dish
Pour over the orange juice
Add mashed banana and fill the gaps Mix other ingredients and sprinkle over the top
Place in oven at 180C and cook for around 20
