Manhunt in Germany for Turkish biker gang

Germany has banned a Turkish-nationalist biker gang amid allegations it is involved in organized crime and represents a threat to the public.

Searches are being carried out across four states to locate members of The Osmanen Germania Boxing Club. There have so far been no arrests.

The biker gang is also believed to have ties to the party of Tayyip Erdogan, the president of Turkey.

Horst Seehofer, the German interior minister, says the group has 16 chapters across the country.
