Complacency led to air show mishap

Complacency may have led to mid-air contact between two vintage US Mustang fighter bombers, with the tail of one touching the propeller of the other, on Sept 23 last year, the Air Accidents Investigation Branch found. The pilots were able to land without further incident during the display at Duxford, Cambs.
