Usually when you meet a member of the Royal family, you plump for a handshake, curtesy, or polite wave. But Dylan Mahon, four, took such matters of protocol into his own hands yesterday, opting to welcome the Duke of Sussex to Dublin by pulling his beard. The Duchess, below, covered her mouth with her hands to stifle her giggles.
