RBS faces fresh SME inquiry

A small-business group has launched an investigation into past mistreatment of struggling firms by state-controlled Royal Bank of Scotland. Nikki Turner, an SME Alliance director who helped uncover fraud at HBOS’S Reading branch, is helping lead the probe into RBS’S now-defunct turnaround unit Global Restructuring Group.
