Murdered PC’S sisters: Met police has failed us
THE family of PC Keith Palmer, who was murdered in the Westminster terror attack, say they have been failed by the Metropolitan Police, after their questions about security at Parliament were ignored at the inquest into his death.
Angela Clark and Michelle Palmer, the PC’S sisters, launched a scathing attack on the force, saying that they felt “battered and undervalued” and that they feel like they “come below Khalid Masood”, who perpetrated the attack which killed five people in March 2017.
In an interview with The Times, Miss Palmer said: “Keith gave his life and we are left with no answers.
“Eighteen months on we were hoping for some closure, but we’re not going to have that.
“We are not valued, not wanted and feel like we are on trial. We feel like we are being battered.”
