SSAFA Winchester Division

The Lord-lieutenant for Hampshire, Mr Nigel Atkinson, the Mayor of Winchester, Councillor Frank Pearson, the Earl and Countess of Carnarvon and the President of SSAFA Hampshire, Lady Mary Fagan, were the principal guests at a luncheon held by SSAFA Winchester Division yesterday in the Officers' Mess, Defence College of Policing, Logistics and Administration, Worthy Down, Winchester. Adml Lord West of Spithead was the speaker and Lt Col Noel Mccleery presided.
