Holiday vibe: I spend most of the day in my wetsuit or running kit – I buy nearly everything from Sweaty Betty, but I also have Uniqlo and Topshop vest tops that must be nearly 10 years old. When we’ve been surfing all day you can get quite cold, so I’m as likely to be in jeans and a jumper as a dress. But I will take several dresses – most women my age don’t like sleeveless dresses, but I do a lot of yoga, so my arms are my best bit. You’ve got to play to your strengths: I don’t wear anything short. If it’s chillier, I’ll go for something more covered up.

Packing strategy: I have a lot of soft Longchamp bags, they’re squashy so great if I’m travelling for work, but if I can check in luggage or we’re going in the car, I always pack too much.

The swimwear: I’m quite flat-chested, so I’m always in search of the perfect underwire halter-neck bikini. I’m still searching!

Beauty essentials: I have quite oily skin, so I love Clinique Mineral SPF50 Sunscreen, which also means I need lots of Lancôme Bronze & Glow powder to balance it out. Surf hair is a disaster, so I scrape it back in the day, then blow-dry it in the evening.

The finishing touches: I have an Issey Miyake Bao Bao pouch that I use for everything – sunglasses, Lypsyl and cards. I like to pick up jewellery when I’m away, but I always take my Otiumberg hoops. White Birkenstocks and a pair of tan wedges are my go-to when it comes to shoes.
