Shareholder rebellion over pay at Homeserve

Homeserve shareholders fired a warning shot at management over executive pay at the emergency repairs firm’s annual general meeting. Some 30.68pc of votes cast went against the remuneration report, after concerns were flagged about payments to former directors Martin Bennett and Johnathan Ford.
