The British Paralympion won two gold medals at Beijing in 2008 as the youngest member of the team, aged 13. It earned her the BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year award and an MBE. She has not slowed since, adding a further three golds at the London and Rio Games as well as an OBE and becoming an eight-time world champion.
