President Wilson to-day summoned Senator Hitchcock to the White House to discuss the reservations to the Peace Treaty now under consideration in the Senate. President Wilson received Senator Hitchcock propped up in bed. Senator Hitchcock said he found the President much improved in health, although the lines on his face showed that he had endured great suffering during his illness.
