Among other violent jihadists who are thought to have been released on licence are:

Mizanur Rahman: Jailed alongside terror preacher Anjem Choudary in 2016, Rahman was released from prison last year amid strict licence conditions. According to security sources, Rahman is considered to be an even bigger security risk than Choudary.

Abu Izzadeen: Jailed for three and a half years in April 2008 for supporting terrorism, he was sent back to jail in 2015 after travelling to Hungary without permission to do so, but was released recently. Was regarded as al-muhajiroun’s enforcer.

Richard Dart: A poster boy for white converts, he was jailed in 2012 after attending a terror training camp in Pakistan. He has since been released.

Imran Mahmood: Jailed for nine years and nine months in April 2013 after being convicted of preparing acts of terror, he was schooled in an extremist interpreta­tion of Islam by Choudary.

Mohammed Chowdhury: Jailed for 13 years in 2012 for plotting to bomb the London Stock Exchange alongside Khan. A member of al-muhajiroun.

Gurukanth Desai: Jailed for 12 years in 2012 after admitting being part of the Stock Exchange bomb plot alongside Usman Khan and was also a member of al-muhajiroun.

Kazi Islam: Jailed for eight years in 2015 for trying to radicalise a teenager with learning difficulti­es. At his trial the court heard how he had been radicalise­d by the murder of Lee Rigby. Was released earlier this year and is now living less than a mile from Choudary in east London.
