I flew into an American town on a book tour to promote a history of women called Who Cooked the Last Supper?, only to discover that there were no copies of it in the bookshop. The owner was adamant that books had been ordered.

Some were tracked down in the cookery book section. The rest were filed under religion, faith and the life of Jesus. Dr Rosalind Miles
